Important Festival Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient festival, please review the following key reminders:
No Rescheduling: Competitors must perform at their scheduled class time. Rescheduling is not available before or after a missed performance.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled performance time.
Photography & Recording: Photos and videos of performances and adjudications are strictly prohibited.
Warm-up & Tuning: No warm-up or tuning space is provided at the venue. Please warm up and tune before arriving. Silence is required outside performance spaces.
Performers are expected to stay until the end of their session to receive marks, feedback, and certificates from the adjudicator.
Before you arrive: Adjudicator Score Preparation
Prepare your original sheet music for the adjudicator before you arrive.
Paper clip the page number.
Indicate bar numbers at the beginning of each line of music.
If you need assistance with this score preparation, please consult your teacher.
Please be sure your name is labeled on the front of your music score, so that we know who it belongs to when we return it at the end of class.
