We have a new registration system this year and it is new to everyone. Everyone needs to create a new profile as old usernames and passwords are no longer valid.
Click here to go to Music Festival Suite and scroll down to "Don't have a Profile yet?" Click that and follow the prompts to create a new profile for yourself.
The teacher needs to create a new profile and will be assigned a Profile ID after they do.
Then the parent needs to create a profile.
Then the parent can go to "Link Children" and "Add a child" to their profile. When they do this, they will need to enter the teacher's Profile ID.
Once this is complete, either the teacher or the parent can register the student for classes.

Teachers: please fill out this Teacher’s Worksheet and give it to your students/parents so that they can register with the correct information with exact timing of pieces. Please click here. Teachers may also register for students on Music Festival Suite after parents have created their own profile and added their child to their profile.

SOLO/SMALL ENSEMBLE
Registration information is entered online. Once you have completed the online registration information, fees are paid by CREDIT CARD ONLY. DO NOT use the payment by “Check” option.The invoices for payment can be found in the Account section of your profile. When you registered for each class, there was a dropdown menu where you selected who would be responsible for payment. The options were: teacher, student, or parent.
If you are unable to see the invoice attached to your profile, it may be because another person was selected as responsible for payment. In this case, please check their profile to locate the invoice.
LARGE ENSEMBLE
Registration information is entered online. Once you have completed the online registration information, fees are paid by CREDIT CARD or by CHEQUE.
PLEASE NOTE: Participation is only confirmed, and performance times will only be assigned, upon receipt of payment. -
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

This information is required for the Festival to be able to ensure you have entered into the correct class. In age defined classes, select your class based on what age you are as of December 31st, 2024.

You will enter the class that is the average age of the performers in your group.
Example:
For a duet: 13 yrs. + 17 yrs. = 30 divided by 2 = 15. Enter 16 years and under class. For a quartet: 10 yrs. + 12 yrs. + 8 yrs. + 7 yrs. = 37 divided by 4 = 9.25. Enter the 10 years and under class.

Classes may occur on any day during the Festival event and at any time of day when the Festival is in session. Participants cannot reschedule their class time. By default, classes are scheduled between 9:00am-9:00pm, seven days a week.

If you are under 18, your teacher must create their own profile on Music Festival Suite. They will be assigned a Teacher ID and should provide you with it. You can add an Accompanist ID later.

Please first check to see if it ended up in your email junk folder. If you are registering from a school or university these institutions have higher security and may block emails through firewall protections. Sometimes, It can take a few hours for the verification email to be sent to you.

Make sure that you enter numbers or letters only in these fields. For example, if you use “#” instead of the word “No.” or “Sharp” you will receive an error message. Avoid using / : + and other special character symbols.

Late entry applications may be considered up to Jan. 31st, 2025 after the registration deadline if there is still room in the class. Requests must be made in writing. If accepted, there will be a $50.00 late fee charge added to registration fees. If it is after this period, ALL late registration requests will be rejected.

You can edit this information yourself without a fee by logging into your Music Festival Suite profile if is still BEFORE the Jan. 31st deadline date. Registrations will not be considered if incomplete.
Allowable changes include: Repertoire title, movements, composer, timing, and competitor’s names, accompanist username. All this information will appear as listed on all festival documents and should be correct at time of registration.
Class change corrections will only be accepted until January 31st, 2025 and a $50.00 fee must accompany any correction request if it is AFTER Jan. 24th and BEFORE Jan. 31st.
NO changes will be accepted after January 31st, 2025.

Complaints will only be reviewed when made in writing via the online COMPLAINTS AND PROTESTS page on the website. This should be completed immediately after the class or action, addressed to the Executive Director and/or the Festivals Chairman, together with a protest fee of $50.00. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be returned. The Protest Committee’s decision will be final.
