What to do with Scheduling Requests:

Scheduling requests may be submitted by email to sara.ramsay@vkmfestivals.org. While we cannot guarantee requested performance times absolutely, we will do our very best to make them work. The earlier we receive your requests, the more likely it is that we will be able to meet them. Requests will be timestamped, and attended to in their received order.
