1. Read the Syllabus.

2. Review the General Rules and Regulations.

3. Make sure you have:

Class and repertoire info (use teacher worksheet to gather information)

Accompanist’s Profile ID or Username

4. Log into Music Festival Suite and create a profile for YOURSELF. Remember that this is a new system this year, and everyone will need to create a new profile.

5. Once logged in, go to the menu on the top left of the page and click on “Linked Groups.”
- Click “Add a Group” to set up a group profile.
- Repeat for each individual group.

6. Click on the “Registration” tab at the top.
- Register your group for the appropriate class.
- List all participants in that group within the group registration.
- Repeat registration of each group for its appropriate class.

7. Once you have registered all your groups, you can finish registration by completing payment. All payments must be finalized by January 17, 2025.Note that performance times will not be assigned until payment has been received.

8. Scheduling requests may be submitted by email to sara.ramsay@vkmfestivals.org. While we cannot guarantee requested performance times absolutely, we will do our very best to make them work. The earlier we receive your requests, the more likely it is that we will be able to meet them. Requests will be timestamped, and attended to in their received order.

9. View your individualized schedule in Music Festival Suite as it becomes available. Schedules will not be released until after the registration deadline.
