The Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals collects information that you voluntarily supply to us, by phone, mail, email, the use of our website, and when registering online for the Festivals.

The information that you supply, is collected for the purpose of carrying out the initiatives and services of the Festivals’ event production; to communicate with you about the Festivals’ related activities, performances, benefits, volunteering opportunities, and fundraising initiatives; and to communicate to you any changes made to this privacy policy.

When using the online registration system, you are directed to 3rd party sites engaged to facilitate event production and to process payments. These sites have their own privacy policies.

We respect your privacy rights and will use and store your data in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act. We will not sell or trade your information, and we will not share your information with 3rd parties without your consent.

At any time, you may discontinue receiving communication from us by informing us in writing.
