ENTRY DEADLINES

• Main Festival registration is now closed. No late registrations accepted.
• Jazz, Vocal Jazz, Concert Band/Orchestra, Choral Festivals registration is now closed. Please send cheques to: PO Box 573, Fort Langley BC V1M 2R9

PAYMENT METHODS

• Cheque, Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

ADMINISTRATION FEES

• Main Festival
  • $2 per entry for on-line registrations
  • $15 per faxed or mailed registration form (Chinese Instruments exempt)

• Jazz / Choral and Band Festivals
  • $5 Administration Fee for all mailed registrations paid by cheque

The Main Festival registration system has been upgraded. You will receive a confirmation email that will allow you access to all your registration details. You will now be able to correct any spelling errors and add missing information. 

CORRECTIONS TO REGISTRATIONS

• Competitors' names and payment information must be corrected by the Festival office.
• All competitor entry information is attached in PDF files at the bottom of this page.
• NOTE: Access to your online registration information is now closed. If corrections are needed you must fill out the Correction Form, that is attached at the bottom of this page, and send it and the $15 correction fee to the Festival office no later than Feb. 15th.

 

JAZZ AND BAND FESTIVALS: Before you register refer to your specific Festival page for information.

MAIN FESTIVAL: Refer to your instrument's syllabus for class and grade level choices. Collect the following information before you register:

• Teacher's name, full address with postal code, phone number and email address
• Complete repertoire information including Title, (Key, Opus, No., Movements if applicable) and Composer
• The timing of your selection rounded up to the nearest number
• If you prefer to register by mail OR if you are entering a Chinese Ethnic Instrument class, print the Registration Form and mail or fax it with your payment information included.
