Main Festival Competitor Schedules

Your computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your schedule.
 
TO LOCATE YOUR SCHEDULE:

• All Competitor Schedules have been sorted in alphbetical order by Last Name, then First Name.
• Find the file that will include your Last Name
• Open the file. Scroll through the file until you find the correct name. Be sure that only your page is showing. Note: some competitors have more than one page.

TO PRINT YOUR SCHEDULE: follow these directions carefully so that only your schedule is printed.

• Click on File, then Print.
• When the Print dialogue box opens you have 2 choices.
  • Click the "Current Page" radio button and then "OK"
  • or
  • Click the "Pages" radio button and enter the page number of your record and then click "OK" and only your schedule will print.

KEEP YOUR SCHEDULE WITH YOU FOR THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL. This is your record. You do not need to turn it in to a Festival Secretary. However, a Secretary may need to refer to it so please keep it with your music.
TEACHERS! If you would like a print out of your students' schedules please send our office an email and include your First and Last name and the instrument that you teach. We will return your schedule in a PDF document by email.
